OUR OFFICE WILL REMAIN OPEN at this time and continue to provide dental care for our patients. We understand many are concerned about the spread of (COVID-19) in our region, and we want to assure you that New Albany Smiles is taking the necessary precautions to prohibit the spread of germs and your exposure to the virus. Everyone’s health, safety, and well-being is our absolute top priority. New Albany Smiles will continue to provide a sterile environment as well as increased precautions. Our dental units allow us to far exceed sterilization standards between patients. In addition, our team will be disinfecting door handles, hard surfaces, and high traffic areas several times during the day. We will continue to provide updates as we receive city and state guidance regarding COVID-19.
If you are sick or feeling unwell, especially with symptoms such as fever, runny nose, cough or sneezing, we ask that you please call us to reschedule an existing appointment. Steps to protect yourself:
- Wash Your Hands! Please wash your hands before AND after your appointment. Remember to wash your hands frequently throughout the day making sure to wash for at least 20 seconds fully scrubbing with soap!
- Refrain from touching your face, especially touching your hands to your mouth, nose, and eyes.
- Please cover your mouth if you cough or sneeze with the crevice of your elbow, not your hand.
- Clean your phone with an alcohol wipe! We all know our cell phones are a breeding ground for germs. Take your case off, and give it a good cleaning.
