It is too bad that their office support lack adequate follow up skills regarding filing a claim for services. My scaling experience was excellent!
Their service itself is actually fantastic, I've been going here for years. If it was just based on working with New Albany Smiles themselves, it would be an easy 5-stars. They seem to take advantage of all the latest dental advancements and I always feel well cared for with them.
The issue I have is more with how my insurance is handled (Delta Dental, may not impact everybody), which might be outside of NA Smiles' control. It requires paying for services up front and then waiting for the insurance company to mail a check out weeks later, which is not very convenient and adds extra administrative work on my end well after services have been rendered (not to mention $$$). I'm more on the side of NA Smiles in this, but I don't have any other way to call it out other than this format and it is something that bothers me about the experience of it all.

Through the years I have had lots of dental work some good and some not so good. Dr Angart and team are truly the best in the business! They repaired/replaced several crowns and did veneers and I can not believe how wonderful my teeth look and feel.
NA Smiles is the BEST dental practice I have ever had. They are professional, thorough, and treat patients like friends and family. My dental health has improved so much since moving here two years ago, and I count McKayla as a true friend. Highly recommend them!
This was awesome experience with this dental clinic! I had crown installed and there was soo good i can’t explain, no pain at all, really good, funny, and nice professionals working there, I gonna fix my all teeth there. I am recommending!
Dr. Horokhivska was outstanding. She explained the dental procedure thoroughly and the benefits we could expect. She’s very skilled and competent.
Dr Mariana was easy to talk to and willing to discuss the procedure. She was careful and did a great job.
