Kim’s Pot Roast Stew

3-5 lb  English Pot Roast

1 pkg  Onion Soup Mix

Nature’s Seasoning (or salt and pepper)

1/4 c   Worcestershire Sauce

2         Medium Onions (sliced)

1 can  Corn (rinsed and drained)

8         Carrots (peeled and quartered)

3         Potatoes

1 can  Green Beans

Tenderize your pot roast with a fork.  Combine the Dry Soup Mix, Nature’s Seasoning and Worcestershire sauce and rub into the meat.  Place Pot Roast into the slow cooker and top with sliced onions.  Add 2 cups of water.  Cook on Med/Low in the crock pot until roast is almost done.

Add vegetables and simmer 30- 45 minutes until done and smelling delicious.

Serve in a bowl with fresh rolls or bread.  Consume and be happy!  Of course, don’t forget to floss all of the meat out afterwards 🙂
